2. Service Description

AllInOneAI provides an AI-powered automation platform for voice, chat, and business workflows. Features vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, spam, harassment, or activities that violate applicable laws. AI calling features must comply with local telecommunications regulations including TCPA, GDPR, and other applicable laws. You are responsible for obtaining any required consents from call recipients.

5. Payment & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Overage charges are billed at the end of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

AllInOneAI and its logos, software, and documentation are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

7. Data & Privacy

Use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. You remain the data controller for any personal data you process through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllInOneAI's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide your data for export for 30 days following termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AllInOneAI is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically for updates.
